Terms of Service
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Elixir. Please read them carefully, in particular sections 9, 13, 14, 26, 27 and 29, which explain features that change your live store, your responsibility for the claims you publish, the limits on our liability, and how disputes are resolved by individual arbitration instead of in court.
1. Who we are
In these terms, Ecom Elixir LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is referred to as Elixir, we, us, or our, and the person or business using the Service is referred to as you or the Merchant. Where you use the Service for a company, you means that company.
2. The Service
Elixir is an AI-powered funnel and storefront platform for ecommerce brands. The Service means the web application at app.ecomelixir.com, the marketing site at ecomelixir.com, the Elixir Shopify app, the Elixir Shopify theme, storefronts and pages we host for you (including on shops.ecomelixir.com and on domains you connect), the Elixir tracking pixel, our APIs and MCP server, our community spaces, and any related tools, templates, and support channels. It includes, without limitation:
- AI generation and editing of pre-landing pages, advertorials, listicles, quizzes, product pages, store sections, bundles, buy boxes, cart designs, product images, and marketing copy.
- Publishing that content to your Shopify store and theme, and hosting headless storefronts and funnel pages that we serve to your visitors.
- A tracking pixel, conversion attribution, analytics, and A/B and split testing that runs on live traffic to your store.
- Research features, including customer profile and angle generation, a knowledge base of your product, and competitor, ad library, and market research built from publicly available sources.
- Read-only integrations with advertising accounts you connect, such as Meta Ads.
Features added to the Service later are also covered by these terms.
3. Acceptance and eligibility
By joining the waitlist, creating an account, installing the Elixir Shopify app, buying a theme license, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally able to enter a contract. The Service is for business use. You confirm you are using it to run a business and not for personal, family, or household purposes. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under the laws of the United States or of the country where you live.
4. Waitlist, early access, invites, and beta features
Joining the waitlist does not create an account or entitle you to access. We decide who receives early access and when, and we may decline or revoke access at any time. Invite codes and early access grants, including any credits attached to them, have no cash value and may be withdrawn.
Features marked as beta, preview, early access, or experimental, and the Service as a whole while it is in early access, may change substantially, be unavailable, contain defects, or be withdrawn without notice. They are provided without any warranty, support commitment, or availability commitment. Features described on our marketing pages are subject to change and are not a promise that a specific feature will ship.
5. Accounts, workspaces, and team members
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity under your account and workspaces. Tell us promptly at info@ecomelixir.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for loss caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
The owner of a workspace is responsible for the people they invite, the roles they give them, and everything those people do in the workspace. Anyone you invite can see the workspace content their role allows. You may not resell access to the Service or share one account among unrelated businesses.
We use the email address on your account to contact you, including for legal notices, so keep it current and monitored.
6. Plans, billing, and credits
- Billing through Shopify. Subscriptions and usage charges for the Service are billed through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice, unless we agree another method with you in writing. You authorise us to create those charges through Shopify, and the Shopify terms that apply to app charges also apply to them. Plans, prices, and included usage are as shown on our pricing page or in the product when you subscribe.
- Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the product or by uninstalling the Elixir Shopify app. Cancelling stops future charges. Paid features remain available until the end of the period you have paid for, unless Shopify ends the subscription sooner.
- Credits. Many features consume credits. Credits are a limited licence to use capacity on the Service. They have no cash value, are not your property, cannot be transferred or sold, and are never redeemable for money. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Trial credits expire at the end of the trial. Credits granted outside a plan, such as invite or bonus credits, may carry their own expiry. All credits end when your account or workspace is closed. When an AI operation fails we may return the credits it used, but that is not a refund of money.
- Usage beyond your plan. If you turn on pay-as-you-go usage, you authorise us to charge, through Shopify, for usage beyond your included credits in the blocks and at the prices shown when you turn it on, up to the spending cap you set. If you do not turn it on, features that need credits stop working until your credits reset or you upgrade.
- Free trials. Where we offer a trial, it lasts for the period stated when it starts. We may change or end trials at any time.
- Price changes. We may change prices and plan features. We will give existing paid subscribers at least 30 days notice before a price increase applies to their next renewal.
- No refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, or where our Refund Policy says otherwise, all charges are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused credits, downgrades, and periods in which you had access but did not use the Service.
- Failed payments. If a charge fails or Shopify cancels your subscription, we may limit or suspend paid features, and stop serving pages we host for you, until the account is brought up to date.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You are responsible for all taxes on your purchases other than taxes on our income.
7. Elixir theme licenses
If you buy a licence to the Elixir Shopify theme, these additional terms apply to it:
- Each licence lets you install and use the theme on one Shopify store at a time. Moving a licence to a different store requires our approval through the store change process in the dashboard.
- The theme is licensed, not sold. You may customise it for your own store. You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the theme files, or any part of them, or use them to build a competing theme or template product.
- Updates, support, and access to licence-holder benefits such as community roles are provided at our discretion and may change.
- Theme purchases are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy, except for any guarantee stated on the product page at the time you bought, on the terms stated there, or as required by law.
- We may revoke a licence, without refund, if it is used on more stores than permitted, shared, or otherwise used in breach of these terms.
8. Connecting your store and other accounts
Many features require you to connect a Shopify store, and some let you connect other accounts such as Meta Ads or Discord. By connecting an account, you authorise us to access, store, and process the data and permissions that integration grants, for as long as it is connected, to provide the Service. You confirm that you are authorised to grant that access and that doing so does not breach any agreement you have with the platform.
For a Shopify store, those permissions include reading your products, orders, reports, files, pages, discounts, and themes, and writing to your products, files, pages, discounts, and theme files. For Meta Ads, our access is read-only and we do not create, edit, or spend on your ads.
You remain responsible for complying with the terms of every platform you connect. You can disconnect an integration or uninstall the Shopify app at any time. That stops further access, but it does not remove content we have already published to your store, and it does not by itself delete data we already hold. See our Privacy Policy for deletion.
9. Features that change your live store
Several features change what your visitors see, or record what they do, on your live store. These include publishing pages, sections, bundles, buy boxes, and cart designs to your theme; installing the Elixir tracking pixel in your theme; running A/B and split tests that redirect visitors, swap templates, or edit page content for a share of your live traffic; automated testing features that may end a test and declare a winner based on the results; and hosting storefronts and pages that we serve to your visitors.
When you start, publish, install, or turn on one of these features, or leave it running, you authorise us to make those changes on your behalf without separate approval for each change, within the settings you have chosen. Changes made by these features are treated as made by you.
You are responsible for:
- Previewing and reviewing everything before it goes live, and checking your store, prices, offers, and checkout after any change.
- Keeping your own backup of your theme. Any backup or rollback tool we offer is a convenience, not a guarantee that a prior version can be restored.
- Turning off any test, automation, or integration you do not want to run.
Testing necessarily sends live visitors to variants that may perform worse than your current store. We do not guarantee that any test or change will improve, or will not reduce, your conversion rate, revenue, search ranking, or any other result.
Hosted storefronts and domains. Where we host a storefront or page for you, checkout is completed on Shopify or another provider you choose, not by Elixir. If you connect your own domain, you are responsible for registering and renewing it and for its DNS settings, and we are not responsible for downtime caused by them. We may stop serving a hosted page that breaches these terms or that puts the Service, other merchants, or the public at risk.
10. Your store, your customers, your sales
Elixir is not a marketplace, a seller, a payment processor, or a party to any sale you make. Every sale through your store is between you and your customer, and you are the merchant of record. You are solely responsible for your store and your business, including the goods you sell and their safety and legality; your prices, offers, discounts, and guarantees, including any shown by mistake; publishing your own terms of sale, privacy policy, refund policy, and shipping policy; fulfilment, returns, refunds, chargebacks, and customer service; taxes on your sales; and complying with every law that applies to your business in every market you sell into.
11. Your shoppers' data, tracking, and consent
When the Service processes personal data about your visitors and customers (Shopper Data), for example through the pixel, A/B tests, hosted pages, bundles, or Shopify order notifications, you are the controller (or business) of that data and we process it on your behalf as your processor (or service provider). Our Privacy Policy describes what the pixel and these features collect.
You are responsible for:
- Telling your visitors and customers, in your own privacy policy, that you use Elixir for analytics, attribution, and testing.
- Obtaining any consent the law requires before the pixel, test cookies, or similar technologies run, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the ePrivacy rules, and US state privacy laws, and configuring your store, theme, or consent tool so that they do not run without it. On Shopify stores the pixel follows the consent recorded through Shopify's Customer Privacy API, so you must turn on Shopify's cookie banner, or use a consent app that works with that API, wherever consent is required. Pages we host for you do not include a consent banner, so you must provide one where the law requires it.
- Honouring opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where the law requires, and handling requests from your shoppers to access or delete their data. Forward any request that needs our help to info@ecomelixir.com.
For Shopper Data we will: process it only to provide the Service and on your documented instructions, which are these terms and your use of the Service's features; not sell it, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or combine it with data from other merchants except in de-identified and aggregated form; ensure our personnel and subprocessors are bound by confidentiality; use the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy, and notify you of material changes to that list by updating it; apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures; notify you without undue delay after we become aware of a breach affecting it; reasonably assist you with data subject requests and data protection assessments; and delete it after our relationship ends, subject to legal retention requirements and backup cycles. Where Shopper Data from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, the applicable standard contractual clauses are incorporated by reference.
12. Your content
You keep ownership of the products, copy, images, brand assets, store data, prompts, and other material you provide (Your Content). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, which we may sublicense to our service providers, to host, copy, process, adapt, create variants of, publish to your store, display to your visitors, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including sending it to the AI providers and other processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We will not publicly feature your store or content as an example without your permission.
You confirm that you own or have all rights needed for Your Content, and that it, and our use of it under these terms, does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
13. AI features and output
The Service uses third party AI models to generate pages, copy, research summaries, profiles, angles, images, scores, and recommendations (Output). AI is probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or misleading, may misstate facts about your products, your competitors, or the market, and may resemble existing material. Research figures, such as traffic, revenue, ad spend, and scaling estimates, are estimates and may be wrong.
As between you and us, and once you have paid any applicable fees, you own the Output generated for you, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. Output is not exclusive, and other users may receive similar results. We make no promise that Output can be protected by copyright or is free of third party rights.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving Output before you publish, send, or advertise with it, and for everything you publish, to the same extent as if you had written it yourself. Do not treat the Service as legal, medical, financial, or tax advice.
14. Advertising claims, reviews, and endorsements
Elixir templates and Output often include marketing elements that must be true before they can be used. These include customer reviews, testimonials, star ratings, review counts, reviewer names, "verified buyer" labels, comment threads, expert or doctor endorsements, "as seen in" press logos, before and after results, statistics, study and clinical claims, health benefits, guarantees, countdown timers, stock and scarcity messages, discounts, and reference prices.
Wherever these appear in a template or in Output, they are placeholders. Before you publish, you must replace them with real, current, substantiated information or remove them. In particular, you must not publish a review or testimonial that was not written by a real customer with real experience of your product, an endorsement that was not given, a claim you cannot substantiate, a timer or stock level that is not genuine, or a reference price you have not actually charged.
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to your marketing, including the FTC Act, the FTC rule on consumer reviews and testimonials, the FTC Endorsement Guides, rules on health, supplement, cosmetic, and medical claims, consumer protection and pricing laws in each market you sell into, and the advertising policies of Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, and any other platform you use.
15. Competitor research, swipe files, and recreating pages
Research features collect and display information from publicly available sources, such as websites, ad libraries, marketplaces, and forums, including copies and screenshots of third party pages and ads. This material belongs to its owners. We provide it for your internal research and analysis only.
Features that recreate, clone, or draw inspiration from another page or store are for producing your own original work. You must not use them, or any research material, to copy another business's copyrighted text, images, video, or design, use their trademarks or brand names, imply an affiliation with them, or mislead anyone about who you are. If a generated page carries over third party content, you must replace it before publishing. You are responsible for any claim that your published pages or ads infringe someone else's rights.
16. API, MCP, and connected agents
If you create an API key or connect an AI agent or other tool to the Service through our MCP server or API, you are responsible for that key, that tool, and everything done with it. A connected tool can read your workspace data, and anything it sends to its own provider is governed by that provider's terms, not ours. Keep keys secret, revoke them when no longer needed, and do not exceed any rate limits we set.
17. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to, or to try to:
- Break any law or regulation, infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or help anyone else do so.
- Sell or promote illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or recalled goods, weapons, illegal drugs, unapproved drugs or medical devices, or products that require a licence you do not hold.
- Run fraudulent, deceptive, or predatory offers, including fake reviews or endorsements, misleading health or earnings claims, hidden subscriptions, or goods you do not intend to deliver.
- Create content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit involving minors, or that facilitates serious harm.
- Impersonate another person or brand, or misrepresent your affiliation with them.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or collect personal data without a lawful basis.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy the Service, extract our prompts, models, templates, or source code, or use the Service or its Output to build or train a competing product or model.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written agreement.
- Interfere with the Service or other merchants' stores, bypass usage limits, credit metering, or access controls, use automated means to create accounts or consume credits, or probe or test our systems without written permission.
- Upload malware or other harmful code.
We may investigate suspected breaches, and may remove content, stop serving pages, pause features, or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe breach this section.
18. Community spaces
We run community spaces, including a Discord server and an in-product forum. Access to them, and any roles or perks inside them, is a benefit we may change or withdraw, not part of what you pay for. You must follow the rules posted in each space. Anything you post there may be seen by other members, so do not post confidential information. You grant us a licence to display, moderate, and remove what you post, and we may remove members at our discretion.
19. Copyright and trademark complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the law, including the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on the Service, or on a page we host, infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to info@ecomelixir.com with the subject line "Copyright notice", identifying the work, where the infringing material is, your contact details, a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We may remove or disable material and will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
20. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, prompts, design, themes, templates, sections, and documentation, belongs to us and our licensors. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Service for your own business while your account is active. We keep all rights not expressly granted. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
Shopify, Meta, Google, Discord, and the other third party names that appear in the Service belong to their owners. Elixir is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so.
21. Third party services
The Service depends on, and connects you to, third party services, including Shopify, hosting and storage providers, AI model providers, analytics, email, and research data providers. Your use of a third party service is governed by its terms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their acts, outages, data practices, pricing, account suspensions, or discontinuation, and we may add or remove integrations at any time.
22. Availability, changes, and support
The Service, including pages we host for you and the pixel, is provided as available. We do not commit to any uptime, service level, or support response time unless we agree one with you in writing. It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security, capacity limits, failures of third party services, or events beyond our control. Any period in which your store, pages, tests, or tracking do not work may cost you sales or data, and you are responsible for your own contingency plans.
We may change, add, or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the core functionality of a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice, except where the change is needed for legal, security, or abuse reasons.
23. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, take down pages we host for you, or disable features, immediately and without notice where the law allows, if you breach these terms, if payment fails, if we are required to by law or by a platform we depend on such as Shopify, if your use creates legal, security, fraud, or reputational risk, or if your account has been inactive for 12 months. We may also stop providing the Service, or end your access for any reason, with 30 days notice, in which case we will refund any prepaid fees for the period after termination, which is your only remedy.
When your account ends, your licence to use the Service ends, hosted pages stop being served, the pixel and tests stop running, unused credits are forfeited, and outstanding fees become due. Content we published to your Shopify theme stays there until you remove it. We may delete your data 30 days after your account ends, so export anything you want to keep before then. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive it, including sections 10 to 15 and 20 to 31.
24. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE, ALL OUTPUT, AND ALL RESEARCH DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE, THAT OUTPUT OR RESEARCH DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR LAWFUL TO PUBLISH, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULT.
25. No earnings or performance guarantee
Nothing in the Service, our marketing, our community, or any example shown in the product is a promise of revenue, profit, conversion rate, traffic, or any other result. Dashboards, figures, store examples, and testimonials on our marketing pages are illustrative and are not typical results. Results depend on your product, offer, market, ad spend, and execution, and many businesses do not succeed.
26. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELIXIR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SALES, OR CUSTOMERS; STORE DOWNTIME OR ERRORS; MISPRICED PRODUCTS OR OFFERS; LOST OR INACCURATE ANALYTICS OR DATA; LOSS OF GOODWILL OR SEARCH RANKING; AD ACCOUNT OR PLATFORM SUSPENSIONS; CHARGEBACKS, REFUNDS, PENALTIES, OR REGULATORY FINES; OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; IN EACH CASE ARISING FROM THE SERVICE, OUTPUT, FEATURES THAT CHANGE YOUR STORE, THIRD PARTY SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. These limits are an essential part of the bargain between us and apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
27. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elixir and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from all claims, losses, damages, fines, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: your store and the goods you sell; Your Content; Output you publish, send, or advertise with; changes made to your store by features you turned on; any dispute with your customers or visitors; your collection and use of Shopper Data, including tracking without required notice or consent; your advertising, reviews, endorsements, and marketing claims; your use of research material; your breach of these terms, any law, or anyone's rights; and unauthorised use of your account caused by your failure to protect it. We may take control of the defence of any such claim at your expense, and you will cooperate with us.
28. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially and adversely affects your rights, we will give at least 30 days notice by email or in the product before it takes effect, except for changes required for legal, security, or abuse prevention reasons, which may take effect sooner. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel before the change takes effect.
29. Disputes, arbitration, and class action waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT.
Informal resolution. Before starting any formal proceeding, the party with the dispute must send written notice to the other (to info@ecomelixir.com for notices to us) and both parties will try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Laramie County, Wyoming. Hearings may be held by video. The arbitrator decides all questions about the scope and enforceability of this agreement to arbitrate. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek an injunction in court to stop infringement or misuse of its intellectual property or confidential information.
Class action waiver. YOU AND ELIXIR MAY EACH BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, the agreement to arbitrate does not apply to that claim, which will proceed in court, and the rest of this section continues to apply.
Opting out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing info@ecomelixir.com with the subject line "Arbitration opt-out", your name, the email on your account, and a clear statement that you opt out.
Courts. Where arbitration does not apply, disputes will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts for Laramie County, Wyoming, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
Time limit. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred.
30. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules, and, for the agreement to arbitrate, the US Federal Arbitration Act. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
31. General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any terms shown to you when you buy a plan, licence, or feature, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service, and they replace any earlier agreement on the same subject. The short terms shown in the Elixir Shopify app summarise these terms, and if they conflict, these terms apply. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent needed and the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our written consent, and we may assign them, including in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You will comply with export control and sanctions laws and confirm you are not in an embargoed country or on a restricted party list. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship, and there are no third party beneficiaries. We may give you notice by email to your account address or in the product. These terms are written in English, which prevails over any translation.
32. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@ecomelixir.com. Written notices to us can also be posted to Ecom Elixir LLC, 1021 E Lincolnway, #9117, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States.
